What makes a cheer routine so attractive until the extend it can make everyone in the stadium stand up and jump around as if they are in LADY GAGA's CONCERT?
Main thing is the song! An Awesome music makes the routine so much better and so much closer to a WINNER!

There are professional songs makers! They have the best songs =) i love Ultravoilet-Brainwash songs the most! but obviously you have to pay the price to buy the best song!
Second thing is Partner Stuns =) If you have a high difficulty partner stunt and you are able to execute it nicely , you will not just wow the crowd but the judges too =)

Of course we can't forget about the Basket tosses! If you can toss your flyer until she can almost see everyone in the stadium well done! your toss is more than just high but VERY HIGH! and the flyers have to make sure they snap and do what she is suppose to do properly so the toss will look extra powerful!

Pyramid , it carries the most marks in a competition ,because you need to have the skills , techniques and the ability to stand the pain and not let your flyer fall.
Clean and nicely executed stunt is the best =)

BOOM BOOM POW? BEP ever heard of that song?! DANCE is one of those killer shots you can give everyone and make them go high!


"DRESS TO IMPRESS"-this quote is true! if you have a killer outfit and gorgeous make up , it makes you stand out of the crowd more and have more confident =)

Done with the joke well i wanna introduce you Transformer 3 Dark of the Moon its really thrilling and AWESOME!

The part where all the auto bots fight with the decepticons its really EPIC and AWESOME! One thing good about this movie is that you don't have to worry that the story line is draggy and boring!
its not! the ACTION NEVER STOPS that 2 hours and 32 minutes pass just like that!
It was a miracle because i never watch transformer 1 and 2 but i still can understand transformer 3! =) I have to admit that what i thought during the past is wrong i always thought transformer is about "METAL BOX FIGHTING VERY LAMEEEEEE" but then i take my words back its awesome second best to "FAST AND FURIOUS 5" ♥

i went with Shaina and Fatin my cheer girls =) we had Snowflakes before we went into the cinema!

Prom Preparations

Cracking your head trying to figure out what to wear for prom?! and how to make your Ever-So-Dry Skin / Hair look like they just got a new cut and perm?
here are some tips to get a refreshingly gorgeous baby skin!
It’s important to start early with a good face/skin regimen to help ensure good skin on your special night. You might want to try the following daily routine:


•Exfoliate your face with a mild scrub (try Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser) once a week to smooth away dry flakes and dead cells.
•Apply a moisture lotion containing sunscreen. If you don’t use acne medicine, try Olay Complete UV Protection Moisture Lotion.
•Be an H2O Fanatic! Drink at least eight glasses of H2O a day to insure healthy cleansing, inside and out.
•Once a day, take vitamin E pills, to help skin repair itself.
•Keep lips moisturized by sporting a lip balm 24 - 7! (Try Chapstick or Lip Satin).
•If you have great skin, it might be a good idea to skip some of the make-up, like foundation, and just allow your natural beauty to shine through.
•As for the skin on the rest of your body, be sure to use a body wash/scrub when you shower. Lather up a loofah with Dove Nutrium Skin Nourishing Body Wash or, if acne prone, try Neutrogena Clear Body Wash. Using one of these products a few times a week will smooth things over, especially rough patches on elbows, knees and heels. If you have some trouble areas scrub with a mild exfoliator. For a home remedy, mix one packet of raw sugar with a few drops of olive oil. Rub this mixture in a circular motion over dry areas, such as elbows. Follow by rinsing with warm water.

What about your Frizzy Hair?! what type of hairstyle and what should YOU do to make it look silky?
Drink a lot of water , try not to use the hairdryer to dry your hair 24/7! sleep early always take a balance diet! and most of all remember to apply conditioner after you wash your hair with shampoo that can make a big difference!
Swear to god u do not wanna look like a dreadful barbie doll that just got off the washing machine that is SO NOT COOL!

Romantic prom hairstyles:
Curly locks: Romantic and lovely, there is nothing more alluring than soft natural curls. If your natural “do” don’t curl, there is always the curling iron, or your ever faithful hot rollers.

Sidelong Glances: Use hot rollers on all your hair to start. Tease the top for lift and then pull it to the side in a low ponytail. Rhinestone barrettes can add the final flare! Finish with a gloss, or glitter spray.

Bouncy Beauty: Hot roll hair in medium size rollers and pull it all back in a beautiful headband.


What about Dresses to wear? People always think that when you attend prom you got to have these Long Gown with the pearls and diamonds!YOU got it wrong! actually you just need to find some long / short dress that you feel comfortable in! After all Confidence is beauty =) don't wear something that you don't feel comfortable cause it will be a long night and you do not wanna feel like a rice bag =)

BERSIH 2.0 Rally

This is probably one of the hottest topic in town now the "BERSIH" Protest.
It has cause a lot of debates over some politic issues and it has cause a lot of inconvenience to INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE YOU ME AND OUR FAMILY.This is what its all about.
The activists are demanding that authorities overhaul voter lists, introduce transparent procedures for ballots to be counted and make other policy changes ahead of national elections widely expected by mid-2012. Government officials say current electoral laws are fair enough.


It is the latest attempt by authorities to deter citizens from marching in Kuala Lumpur on 9 July in what the opposition hopes will be Malaysia's biggest protest in nearly four years.LIKE WOW!!!!! Malaysia Memang Boleh! but as a student , i think doing a protest is not the best solution because its so dangerous i mean some students have school on Saturdays you know how teenagers like to loiter around town ;)

MTV World Stage 2011 LIVE IN MALAYSIA

OMG MTV World Stage 2011 is back and better than ever!
Last year MTV invited Katy Perry , BunkFace , Tokio Hotel and Wonder Girls to Rock out the Sunway Lagoon Outdoor Surf Beach . It was all Girl-ish , sexy and funky with all the beach balls rolling to the crowds "Katy Perry-Callifornia Girls" , Wonder Girls heating up the whole place with their "signature DISH -Nobody" , Tokio Hotel Rocking it out and Our Local Band Bunkface that sang "Through my window" !

MTV World Stage returns to Malaysia again this July 24, at the No.1 Technology City and the lights wonderland in Malaysia - I-City Shah Alam. This year , MTV has invited Thirty Seconds To Mars , Neon Trees , BEAST *KOREAN BAND* and Pop Shuvit!
Tickets are once again on a money-can't-buy basis, so there are only several ways to win the passes. One of the easiest ways is to log on to MTV website from now until midnight on July 6 and answer a few simple questions to stand a chance to win passes. One of my all time favourite song is "CLOSER TO THE EDGE BY 30 seconds to mars"
I would love to sing it out! The reason why i love that song so much is because it really touches my heart and soul. After listening to this song , i just get so hooked up to it it really gave me a wake up call and made me realise that in life there are always ups and downs and nothing is perfect but you just have to pick back all the pieces that you broke and move on in life =)
No matter in what aspect , whether if its love , family , work , leadership or friendship it tells me that

Human trafficking is a multi-billion dollar criminal enterprise that targets vulnerable people for labor and sexual exploitation, destroying lives and tearing families apart.


Its such a cruel and dirty job yet people are still doing it. They are probably mentally ill because they like to see people suffer while they get their share of the money! This must stop!Every year in fact sometimes every few months when we drive pass a toll plaza, we always see pictures of little girls missing age between 5-11.They are just young children they haven't even finish primary school they don't even have any idea how this WHOLE WORLD WORKS and LOOKS LIKE! How can people be so merciless!

Ways to stop Human Trafficking starts at home! Parents should take full responsibility of their children!
1. Do not let your Kids go out without your surveillance
2. Do not allow your kids to go out at night alone its dangerous even though that destination is just a 5minutes walk
3. Be aware of people in your surroundings
4. If you suspect anyone that is involve in human trafficking please do not be afraid to report it to the police! because small actions you take make a big difference

And Do You Know That:

Women and children are also captured, forced into prostitution, and killed. According to US State Department estimates, more than 20,000 people are trafficked into the U.S. each year—mainly destined for the sex trade.

Some of them are send to other countries to become a beggar . They even amputate their arms or legs and make them beg for money . Some of them are even brutally beaten up .They are not given the rights as a human and they weren't given a chance to be treated like a normal human!

Remember what goes around comes around Karma Will One Day Come and Bite You In The Ass if you treat people like that.Lets STOP human trafficking NOW!

Cheer Nationals 2011 Delays

Just For Your Infomation! To all the Cheerleaders out there , the Cheer nationals that is supposed to be held on 9 and 10 of JULY have just been POSTPONED until after C3 competition.

That means the date for CHEER NATIONALS 2011 is 24th July 2011 . its a 1 day event so bring your supporters and make sure they stay til the end.All the teams please be prepared the battle is starting to heat up! BRING . IT . ON
